Meet Dr. Michael Gardner, a renowned endocrinologist based in Columbia, MO. He serves as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism, with a focus on Pediatrics. Dr. Gardner completed his medical degree at the University of Missouri School of Medicine and has been affiliated with the Internal Medicine and Child Health Departments since 2008. He underwent his Internship in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine-Indianapolis Campus, followed by a Fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at the University of Missouri School of Medicine GME. Dr. Gardner is board-certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is an active member of professional organizations such as the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, the American Society of Hypertension, and the American Diabetes Association. His research interests include Diabetes, Thyroid Disorders, Thyroid Ultrasound, Endocrine Disorders, and Growth Hormone Deficiency.
