Meet Dr. Michael Healy, a highly respected neurosurgeon based in Toledo, OH. Dr. Healy obtained his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and completed his residencies at the University of Pennsylvania Health System and Veterans Hospital of Philadelphia.
