About MUHAMMAD SHEIKH

Meet Dr. Muhammad Sheikh, a highly qualified physician certified in internal medicine, gastroenterology, and clinical nutrition. Graduating from D. J Science College and completing residency training at Indiana University, Dr. Sheikh specializes in liver disease management, liver transplant evaluation, and hepatology. Actively involved in clinical research on hepatitis C, fatty liver, and hepatic encephalopathy, Dr. Sheikh is a fellow of prestigious medical associations including the American College of Physicians, the American College of Gastroenterology, and the American Gastroenterology Association. As a Professor (Emeritus) of Clinical Medicine at UCSF, he received the "Laureate Award-2012" from the American College of Physicians, Northern California Chapter. Dr. Sheikh's research has appeared in leading medical journals such as The New England Journal of Medicine and Hepatology.
