Dr. Norman E Risinger holds a medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center. Dr. Norman E Risinger further pursued a fellowship in cardiology at the New York University Medical Center. He is a board-certified specialist in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. Dr. Risinger's areas of expertise include adult congenital heart disease, lipid management, and pre-operative assessments. He serves as the director of the Center for Cardiac Rehabilitation and assistant director of the Center for Cardiac Prevention & Rehabilitation. Dr. Norman E Risinger converses fluently in both English and Spanish.
