Meet Dr. Paul S. Chard, a top board-certified gastroenterologist and internal medicine specialist based in Oakland, CA. Dr. Chard received his medical degree from Stanford University School of Medicine and completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in gastroenterology at the University of California San Francisco.
