About PAUL SHONNARD

Dr. Paul Shonnard is one of the most experienced orthopedic specialists in Reno, NV. He is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is licensed by the State of Nevada, and he has over 33 years of experience. He received his medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine and did his residency at the University of New Mexico Hospital. Dr. Paul completed his orthopedic trauma fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. Dr. Paul is subspecialty trained in trauma. He specializes in trauma care, and his practice focuses on arthroscopic management of joint disorders and shoulder and hip pathologies. Dr. Paul lectures and teaches at a master's level on hip arthroscopy at national and international meetings on a regular basis. His research interest lies in hip arthroscopy and percutaneous calcaneus fracture. Dr. Paul currently practices at Nevada Orthopedics. He accepts new patients to his office.
