Dr. Peter A. Soukas is a highly qualified physician with board certifications in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology, vascular medicine, and endovascular medicine. He has expertise in carotid stenting and treating lower extremity disease after completing his fellowship training at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Boston. Currently serving as an associate professor of medicine at The Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, he is also the director of the vascular and endovascular medicine fellowship program. Dr. Soukas has been involved in over 50 clinical research trials and is a fellow of prestigious medical societies like the American College of Cardiology, the Society of Vascular Medicine, the Society of Coronary Angiography and Interventions, and the American College of Physicians.
