Here's The Deal: Power Yoga Canada Guelph is a space for everyBODY to find a connection between their body, mind and breath. More than just asana, they offer workshops and series to deepen your understanding of the practice and yourself. They love beginners you don’t have to know what you’re doing or look a certain way to start; you just need a willingness to step on your mat. The studio classes are structured for all levels, leaving everyone invigorated by the practice. Classes are heated unless otherwise stated. They are a community of people who want to get to know you. They are excited to welcome you to the studio to practice.
