About PRAYASH PATEL

Meet Dr. Prayash Patel, a distinguished neurosurgeon based in Chattanooga, TN. Dr. Patel graduated with honors from Mercer University School of Medicine and holds a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from Mercer University. He completed his Neurological Surgery residency at the University of Tennessee Health and Science Center in conjunction with the Semmes-Murphy Neurosciences Clinic, and furthered his expertise through fellowship training in Complex Spine and Minimally Invasive Techniques for Degenerative Spinal Disorders at Southmead Hospital in Bristol. Dr. Patel is certified by the American Board of Neurologic Surgeons and is a member of prestigious organizations like the American Association for Neurological Surgeons, Southern Neurosurgical Society, and Tennessee Neurosurgical Society. He is also the President-elect of the TN Neurosurgical Society and currently practices at Erlanger Neurosurgery and Spine.
