About PRIVATE THERAPY CLINIC

Private Therapy Clinic was established in 2011 by the well-known TV psychologist Dr. Becky Spelman, an HCPC registered psychologist and a BABCP accredited cognitive behavioural therapist. Their team of leading professionals in the field of psychological interventions, psychiatry, and personal change to support you with your current difficulties. Among their professionals include HCPC registered clinical and counselling psychologists, BABCP-accredited cognitive behavioural therapists and psychiatrists who will help you understand your areas of difficulty. Their therapists utilise effective approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitisation reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy to help you reach your treatment goals. They also have a range of private psychiatrists who can discuss medication with you if appropriate. They offer both face-to-face and online counselling. The facility is wheelchair accessible and they provide a free initial telephone consultation.
