About PURNELL TRAVERSO

Dr. Purnell Traverso is a fellowship-trained and board-certified orthopedic surgery specialist in Coral Springs, FL. He completed his residency at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C. He completed training in hand and wrist surgery at the University of Connecticut. He is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and has 19 years of experience. He specializes in adult hand and wrist surgery. Dr. Traverso has particular expertise in the treatment of challenging problems of the Forearm. He has done research in stem cell transplantation as well as many areas of treatment of Hand and Wrist Injuries. Dr. Traverso works with both national and international patients, including those in Trinidad and the Caribbean.
