About RAJU THOMAS

Meet Dr. Raju Thomas, a board-certified urologist with expertise in robotic surgery and laparoscopy. Dr. Thomas earned his medical degree from the University of Bombay, India, and completed his residency at Tulane University School of Medicine. He is known for pioneering various laparoscopic and robotic surgical techniques. Specializing in endourology, laparoscopy, lithotripsy, and prostate diseases, he has authored over 100 scientific publications and is affiliated with Tulane Medical Center. Dr. Thomas is dedicated to providing minimally invasive alternatives to traditional urologic procedures and serves as the Medical Director of the Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) Training Program at Tulane.
