About RAMIN KHALILI

Meet Dr. Ramin Khalili, a esteemed urologist in Pasadena with over 33 years of experience. He is a board-certified urologist who completed his residency in urological surgery at UCLA. Dr. Khalili holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude as an Angell Scholar. He also obtained a master's degree in electrical engineering and circuit design from the University of California, Berkeley. With a strong background in developing innovative circuits and instrumentation in Silicon Valley, Dr. Khalili's contributions are significant. He was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society at UCLA and completed his urological surgery residency in 1997, practicing urology in Pasadena ever since. Dr. Khalili specializes in minimally invasive techniques for various conditions, such as stone disease, benign prostate enlargement, vasectomy, male and female incontinence, and robotic pelvic floor reconstruction. He is particularly known for his expertise in robotic-assisted nerve-sparing prostatectomy and has a proven track record of achieving excellent outcomes, including negative margins, early recovery, continence, and potency. Dr. Khalili is affiliated with Huntington Hospital and has been instrumental in introducing advanced urological techniques to his community. He played a key role in conducting the first brachytherapy and robotic surgeries at Huntington Hospital and has served as the chief of urology for several terms.
