About REGINALD L. ROBINSON
Dr. Reginald L. Robinson is a board-certified cardiologist at MedStar Washington Hospital Center & the Bowie, Maryland, office of Medstar. Dr. Robinson received his MD from Howard University College of Medicine. He then finished his internal medicine residency & his cardiology fellowship at Temple University Hospital, where he was named Chief Cardiology Fellow in the last year of the fellowship. He is the current board president of the Eastern States Board of the American Heart Association which covers 30 local boards from Virgina to Maine including West Virginia. Dr. Robinson is a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI), a certification awarded to cardiologists who meet the highest standards in vascular interpretation ultrasound. Performing various diagnostic procedures, Dr. Robinson advises his treatment recommendations through imaging studies, such as vascular ultrasound and all forms of stress testing. His treatment method is holistic, employing lifestyle changes and traditional cardiology. He visits medications as a complement to healthy lifestyle changes. His clinical interests include clinical cardiology as it connects to taking care of the patient.
