Meet Dr. Richard Chang, an experienced cardiologist based in Concord, California. Dr. Chang earned his medical degree from Manila Central University and completed his internship at Seton Hall University, followed by residency at Loma Linda University School of Medicine. He pursued specialized training through a fellowship at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Chang is fluent in English, Tagalog, Korean, and Spanish, enabling effective communication with diverse patients. Associated with Behavioral Health Center, Concord Medical Center, and Walnut Creek Medical Center, Dr. Chang is also part of the John Muir Health Foundation Practice medical group.
