About ROBERT VALENTINE

Dr. Robert Valentine is a highly experienced pain management specialist in Gainesville, FL. He earned his MD from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock and has over 41 years of experience. Dr. Valentine specializes in treating chronic back pain, failed back syndrome, and whiplash injury pain. He was the first physician in Arkansas to perform intradiscal electrothermal therapy (IDET) for patients with chronic discogenic back pain. He has previously served on the board of directors for the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the Society for Pain Practice Management. Dr. Valentine utilizes the implantable dual-lead spinal cord stimulation system for the control of lower back pain and develops customized treatment plans for each patient.
