Dr. Rui DeMelo earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from New York College Of Podiatric Medicine and completed his residency in podiatric surgery at Saint Vincent's Catholic Medical Centers of New York. Dr. Rui, a distinguished HyProCure Master Surgeon, practices at Stamford Podiatry Group. He specializes in Extracorporeal Pulse Activation Technology (EPAT) and Regenerative medicine, including the application of amniotic membrane biologics for sports injuries.
