Meet Dr. Salar Deldar, an accomplished physician who is board-certified in musculoskeletal medicine and specializes in interventional pain management. Dr. Deldar has received his education from leading institutions such as the University of California Berkeley and UAB School of Medicine. His residency training was completed at Stanford University and fellowship at Oregon Health Science University. He is the proud founder of Pacific Rehabilitation & Pain and holds a key role as the Associate Director of the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit at Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula. Dr. Deldar is also the visionary behind the Comprehensive Pain Center at Mee Memorial Hospital, the first of its kind in South Monterey County.Dr. Deldar is highly respected in the medical community, having assumed national leadership roles in medical education. He is an active contributor to various publications, lectures, and national presentations on pain medicine and sports medicine. Notably, he has been referenced in The New York Times for his expertise.
