Having embarked on her massage journey in 2007 with a focus on relaxation techniques, Sara relocated to Alberta in 2011 to formalize her expertise as a Registered Massage Therapist through graduation from MH Vicars School of Massage in 2013. Over the years, she has expanded her repertoire to include therapeutic, deep tissue, pre and postnatal massage, fire cupping, and RAPID Neurofascial Reset. Notably, in 2021, Sara obtained her certification as a Manual Osteopathic Therapist from the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada, enhancing her range of treatments to tailor each session for optimal benefits to her clientele.
