Meet Dr. Scott Kramer, a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist in Fremont, CA. Dr. Kramer completed his medical degree at the University of California, Davis School of Medicine, and his residency at the University of California, San Francisco, where he served as Chief Resident OB/GYN.
