Dr. Stephen Kouba, a highly experienced orthopedic surgeon based in Fayetteville, North Carolina, graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC, in 1980. With over 42 years of experience, Dr. Stephen is board-certified and specializes in nonsurgical treatment for hip, knee, and shoulder conditions and injuries, with a focus on sports-related issues. He completed his orthopedic residency at San Antonio Military Medical Center in San Antonio. Dr. Stephen served in the United States Army Medical Corps during Operation Desert Storm and now practices at Cape Fear Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. Additionally, he serves as an assistant professor for the Physician Assistant Program at Methodist University.
