Meet Dr. Steven Abelowitz, an accomplished Pediatrician with over 21 years of experience practicing in Irvine, CA. Dr. Abelowitz is a board-certified pediatrician and serves as the Medical Director at Coastal Kids Pediatric Medical Group. He completed his pediatric internship and residency at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center, earning numerous accolades and the respected "Resident of the Year" award. Dr. Abelowitz graduated as the top-ranked student from Hebrew University, Hadassah Medical School. Recognized as one of the "Top Doctors Across America" by his peers, he was also the first Pediatrician to be named "Doctor of the Month" by Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian staff. Dr. Abelowitz is highly regarded in the medical community and has been nominated multiple times to chair the pediatric department at Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian. Specializing in primary children's healthcare, preventative care, nutrition, growth, and development, he is an expert in pediatric healthcare. Dr. Abelowitz is an Area Representative for the American Academy of Pediatrics and is fluent in Afrikaans, Hebrew, and medical Spanish.
