About TOM LARSON
Tom Larson is a licensed Physical Therapist who received his physical therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine. He has twenty-plus years of experience in the physical therapy field. Tom is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist(CSCS) and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. He has an extensive background in all ages, specializing in rehabilitative, pre/post-surgical, and sports injuries. He is the founder of BASE Physical Therapy. The clinic aims to provide the highest quality rehabilitation services through manual therapy techniques and neuromuscular re-education. Their team develops cutting-edge treatment plans to meet the individual's unique needs. They are the designer and inventors of the BASEx system for lumbar stabilization and improving lumbosacral control.
