Meet Dr. Tyler J. Jenkins, a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon based in Columbia, MO. His educational background includes studies at the University of Missouri, a general surgery internship, and orthopedic surgery residency at Northwestern University, Chicago, IL, followed by a spine surgery fellowship at Emory University, Atlanta, GA. Dr. Jenkins is dedicated to evidence-based spine care and is actively involved in spine condition research within orthopedics. He has been recognized with top research awards from esteemed organizations such as the North American Spine Society, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and the Cervical Spine Research Society. Dr. Jenkins co-developed the "No S.C.A.R.E. Protocol" with leading spine surgeons across the nation, aimed at enhancing safety for cervical surgery patients.
