Presenting Dr. William Bingaman, a renowned neurosurgeon located in Cleveland, OH. Dr. Bingaman obtained his medical degree from Temple University Medical School in Philadelphia in 1990 and completed his neurosurgery residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in 1996.
