Dr. William S. Minore is a board-certified pain management specialist in Rockford, IL. He earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan. He completed his Anesthesiology residency and Cardiovascular and Vascular Anesthesia fellowship at the University of Michigan Hospitals and Clinics.
