Meet Yuliya Richard, a Western Sydney University graduate and dedicated committee member of the Culture and Psychology APS Interest Group. With a focus on helping individuals from various backgrounds lead balanced lives, Yuliya specializes in addressing mental health issues like well-being, depression, anxiety, stress management, work-related stress, relationship challenges, conflict resolution, lifestyle adjustments, migration, cultural issues, grief, and loss. She provides counseling for adults, children, parents dealing with parenting difficulties, and survivors of domestic violence and abuse. Yuliya also assists in improving interpersonal relationships and nurturing personal and professional growth. Using a mix of Solution-Focused, Cognitive-Behavioral, Mindfulness, Narrative, and Existential therapies, she tailors her approach to each client. Yuliya's practice at Blue Horizon Counselling focuses on collaborative efforts to help individuals overcome obstacles and meet their therapeutic goals, irrespective of their circumstances.
